James Schuster

James Schuster, has over 30 years of experience in property management, sales and rentals, tenant and owner relationship management, investors/bank management, and customer service. He also built the single family management division of a large property management company to over 400 units.

At Schuster Property Management we bring proven understanding with remodeling and renovating, having completed major projects at over 50 properties. In addition, we have managed all home repairs and prepared rental properties for use. Finally, we have years of experience in all facets of business – staffing, bidding, contract evaluation and management, marketing, advertising, and sales.
